SADS International Conference FAQs
SADS International Conference FAQs
How do I login to the conference site?
When you register for our SADS International Conference you should have received an email with links to sign in. If you did not receive this email please contact erin@sads.org.
What time does the SADS International Conference start?
The conference starts Saturday November 6 at 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Mountain and Sunday November 7 at 9:00 am to noon Mountain. All times are based on Mountain time. You can change the time zone on the conference site to your time zone on the agenda.
Can I arrange a virtual meet-up with attendees?
Yes! Use the community board to schedule a virtual meet-up. You can make it closed (i.e., for a small group of people) or open to any attendees wishing to join.
Go to the Community Board and find the board for Meetups and Virtual Meets.
Find the meeting you are interested in, join directly, or click into it to see more details.
When the meetup starts, click “Join Meeting Room” to start chatting!
You can also suggest a new meetup by clicking “Suggest a Meet” and inputting the details.
What’s the difference between the mobile app and desktop page?
On the mobile app it is easier to find talks, add items to your agenda, networking via the community boards, watch videos or webinars, and receive communication from organizers and attendees. Your phone camera and microphone will work via the mobile app for zoom communication. The desktop app is better for zoom communication when you need/want to use a desktop or laptop webcam and videos will be larger on the desktop app.
I can’t make the conference live, can I watch the sessions later?
Yes! Our sessions will be recorded and able to view on the SADS Conference page for 3 months after.
